Chahira Solh is a counsel in Crowell & Moring’s Antitrust Group, focusing on antitrust litigation, government antitrust investigations, defending mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, and antitrust compliance issues. Her practice includes defending clients in criminal investigations and civil litigation as well as representing many Fortune 500 companies as plaintiffs in recovery actions. Chahira’s counseling practice involves the full range of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, trade association law, cartel enforcement, the Robinson-Patman Act, distribution and vertical issues, including pricing policies, and the interaction of the antitrust laws and intellectual property. She has co-authored numerous articles and alerts on topics ranging from resale price maintenance to defenses under California’s Cartwright Act.
